Official Terms & Conditions

The "Kids Eat Free All Summer Long" promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by Hattie B's Hot Chicken ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Promotion, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to these Official Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which together with the Hattie B's COOP Club Rewards program terms and any in-app or in-restaurant disclosures, govern your participation. The promotional summary on this page is for informational purposes; in the event of any conflict between marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms control.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from May 26, 2026 (the day after Memorial Day) through September 7, 2026 (Labor Day), inclusive, during normal business hours of participating restaurants and based on local time at each participating location. Sponsor reserves the right to begin, end, suspend, modify, or extend the Promotion Period at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Active members in good standing of Hattie B's COOP Club Rewards (the "Loyalty Program"), accessed through the official Hattie B's mobile application;
• Guests dining in person at participating Texas locations only; and
• Tables that include at least one (1) child age twelve (12) or younger who is physically present at the time of ordering and meal service.

Membership in the Loyalty Program is free but is subject to the separate COOP Club Rewards Terms & Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and franchisees of Sponsor and their immediate family members may participate solely as guests and may not redeem the offer in a manner that conflicts with employer policies.

3. How to Participate & Redeem

To redeem the Promotion, an eligible Loyalty Program member must (a) dine in at a participating Texas location, (b) be identified as a Loyalty Program member at the time of ordering (using the method designated by Sponsor, which may include scanning a QR code, providing a phone number, or showing the in-app rewards screen), (c) purchase one (1) regular-priced adult entrée, and (d) have at least one (1) child age 12 or younger physically present at the table.

Upon meeting these conditions, the eligible Participant will receive one (1) complimentary kid's meal selected from the items designated by Sponsor as eligible for the Promotion. The free kid's meal has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or non-eligible menu items.

4. Limitations & Restrictions

• One per entrée. A maximum of one (1) free kid's meal per regular-priced adult entrée purchased in the same transaction.
• Dine-in only. The Promotion is not valid for online orders, mobile-app orders, third-party delivery (including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, EZ Cater, or similar services), pickup, drive-thru, catering, gift cards, or any other off-premises ordering channel.
• Texas only. Valid only at participating Hattie B's locations within the State of Texas. Not all Texas locations may participate. Locations may be added to or removed from the Promotion at any time without notice.
• No stacking. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount, employee discount, third-party promotion, or rewards redemption.
• Child must be present. The free kid's meal will not be provided unless the eligible child is physically present at the table at the time of ordering and consumption.
• No substitutions. Free kid's meal is limited to designated kid's-menu items. No substitutions, modifications, or upgrades will be honored without payment of the price difference. Add-ons, extras, alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuity, and any non-included items are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
• Tax & tip. Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated on the pre-discount value of the meal. Gratuity is not included and is encouraged on the pre-discount total.
• While supplies last. Sponsor makes no guarantee of inventory, item availability, or capacity. Items may be unavailable due to demand, supply chain, staffing, or operational considerations.
• Not for resale. The Promotion has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned. Free meals obtained through this Promotion are for the personal, non-commercial use of the Participant and accompanying children only.
• Limit per visit. Sponsor reserves the right to impose reasonable per-visit, per-table, and per-day limits and to refuse redemptions deemed excessive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

5. Food Bank Donation

For each free kid's meal redeemed at a participating location during the Promotion Period, Sponsor intends to support local Texas food banks through donations or in-kind contributions designed to help provide a meal for a child in need. The donation program is administered by Sponsor and may be subject to participating-location parameters, partner availability, and operational considerations. The donation commitment does not create any third-party beneficiary rights, and the specific food bank partners, dollar amounts, and meal-equivalency calculations are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Participation in the Promotion does not entitle Participants to a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

6. Loyalty Program Terms Apply

This Promotion is offered as a benefit of the Hattie B's COOP Club Rewards Loyalty Program. Use of the Loyalty Program, including app account access, points accrual, redemption mechanics, account suspension, and program modifications, is governed by the COOP Club Rewards Terms & Conditions and the Hattie B's Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Loyalty Program terms with respect to the Promotion, these Terms control.

7. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, change, cancel, or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part, and at any individual location, region, or all locations) at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability to Participants. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, violating these Terms, acting fraudulently, or acting in a manner that is disruptive or harmful to the Promotion, the Sponsor, the Loyalty Program, other Participants, or staff.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The promotion is offered "as is" and "as available," without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Sponsor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will sponsor or its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the promotion, your participation in the promotion, or these terms, regardless of the legal theory and whether or not sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will sponsor's total aggregate liability to any participant arising out of or relating to the promotion exceed the value of one (1) kid's meal at the participating location.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. To the extent any portion of this section is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Allergens, Dietary Information & Food Safety

Menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and fish. Participants and their guests are solely responsible for inquiring about ingredients and preparation methods at the participating location prior to ordering. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the suitability of any menu item for any specific dietary need, restriction, or medical condition. Participants assume all risk associated with food consumption.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion or the Loyalty Program is handled in accordance with the Hattie B's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such collection and use as described therein.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the Promotion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein, unless an alternative dispute-resolution process is required by the Loyalty Program terms (in which case those provisions control).

13. Force Majeure

Sponsor will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Promotion arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, public health emergencies, supply chain disruption, labor shortages, government actions, riots, war, terrorism, equipment failure, or interruption of utilities or communications.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the COOP Club Rewards Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Promotion and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.

15. No Endorsement; Trademarks

References to third-party services, food bank partners, or organizations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute or imply endorsement by Sponsor. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
